Our Background

We are located in Osceola, MO. We provide some services throughout the county (such as our WIC department in Appleton City).

​All people in St. Clair County will function at an optimal level of mental, physical and emotional wellness.

The St. Clair County Health Center will provide services, education, and strategies for optimal health. It will also provide services and education to the community on the availability of wellness services. The final goal is the evaluation of the effectiveness of strategies.

We were established in  1976/77 as a Public Health Department.

 We contract through the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services for some of our services and also receive tax dollars from the taxpayers of St. Clair County, MO.
